American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Housing here is often built into hillside terrain, ranging from historic rural homes to more modest recent construction.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids.
