German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Mequon's a climate shaped by proximity to Lake Michigan, with genuine seasonal extremes typical of the Upper Midwest keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Established urban neighborhoods and newer suburban development both feature basement construction standard for the region.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
