Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Moneta's housing stock gives them exactly that. Older wood-frame homes dominate much of this mountainous region, many with basements built for genuine winter cold. Combined with Moneta's climate — a cooler, wetter climate than the rest of the state, shaped by elevation and forest cover — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
