German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Morganza's a climate shaped by the corridor's position between the Chesapeake Bay and the Piedmont, with genuine seasonal extremes keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Historic brick rowhouses make up much of the older housing stock, alongside newer suburban subdivisions.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
