Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Mount Eden's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of established suburban neighborhoods, historic small towns, and newer subdivisions on former Bluegrass farmland, most with basements. Combined with Mount Eden's climate — a four-season climate shaped by the Ohio River valley, with hot summers and genuine winter cold — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
