Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Natalia's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of Hill Country limestone-and-stucco homes and newer suburban development around Austin and San Antonio, most on slab foundations. Combined with Natalia's climate — a climate with hot summers and mild winters, growing progressively warmer and drier the further south toward the border — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
