Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Nazlini's housing stock gives them exactly that. Housing here is spread across a wide, sparsely populated area and includes traditional homes, manufactured housing, and newer tribal-built developments. Combined with Nazlini's climate — a high, dry climate with far colder winters than the Phoenix valley and a wide daily temperature range typical of high-desert plateau country — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
