Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. New Galilee's housing stock gives them exactly that. Older rural and small-town homes, many wood-frame with basements built to handle heavy regional snowfall. Combined with New Galilee's climate — a four-season climate with some of the highest snowfall totals in the state near Lake Erie, moderating further south — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
