German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Nicholls's a climate with long, hot summers and short, mild winters, more consistently warm than inland north Georgia keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A mix of historic homes in Savannah's and Macon's older districts and newer suburban development, many on crawl spaces given the high coastal water table.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
