Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Nolan's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of older agricultural-town homes and newer construction tied to the region's oil and gas economy, most on slab foundations. Combined with Nolan's climate — a true desert climate near El Paso, with a drier, higher-elevation climate across the rest of West Texas and the Panhandle — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
