German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Oak Creek's a four-season Great Lakes climate with real winter cold and snow, and warm, humid summers keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A mix of older urban housing and newer suburban subdivisions, nearly all built with basements for winter protection.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
