German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Oakley's a climate defined by the Bay's moderating effect, rarely too hot or too cold at any point in the year keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Housing here spans historic wood-frame homes to newer high-density apartment and condo construction throughout the region.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
