Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Olema's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of older wood-frame Victorian and mid-century homes and newer high-density construction, most without air conditioning given the mild climate. Combined with Olema's climate — a temperate climate with minimal seasonal temperature swing, though fog and microclimates vary sharply by neighborhood — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
