Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Pahrump's housing stock gives them exactly that. Fast-built stucco subdivisions on slab foundations define most of the valley, with block walls replacing wood fencing throughout. Combined with Pahrump's climate — an extremely hot, dry Mojave Desert climate, with summer highs regularly topping 110°F and almost no humidity — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
