Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Passadumkeag's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of historic sea-captain homes, fishing-village cottages, and newer construction, many with basements for winter protection. Combined with Passadumkeag's climate — a four-season climate tempered by ocean proximity, milder than inland Maine but still genuinely cold in winter — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
