Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Pearce's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of older adobe and block-construction homes near town centers with newer stucco-and-block subdivisions on the outskirts, plus manufactured housing common in rural stretches. Combined with Pearce's climate — a borderlands desert climate that runs a few degrees cooler than the low desert to the north, but still sees a real monsoon season — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
