German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Pelion's a humid subtropical climate with hot, humid summers and mild winters, somewhat less humid and slightly cooler than the coast keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Wood-frame homes dominate here, from historic textile-mill-era construction to newer suburban builds.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
