Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Penobscot's housing stock gives them exactly that. A blend of historic coastal architecture and newer development, with basements standard given the cold winters. Combined with Penobscot's climate — a coastal climate moderated by the Gulf of Maine, with cold winters and cool, pleasant summers — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
