American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A mix of mid-century stucco homes and newer suburban tract construction, most on slab foundations with minimal need for winter-focused design.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids.
