German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Pope Valley's a temperate climate with minimal seasonal temperature swing, though fog and microclimates vary sharply by neighborhood keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A mix of older wood-frame Victorian and mid-century homes and newer high-density construction, most without air conditioning given the mild climate.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
