Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Port Orford's housing stock gives them exactly that. Housing spans historic Willamette Valley farmhouses to newer suburban subdivisions, most built to handle sustained winter rainfall. Combined with Port Orford's climate — a mild four-season climate without harsh winter cold, but with genuinely wet conditions much of the year — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
