Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Rincon's housing stock gives them exactly that. Housing here ranges from centuries-old coastal and river-town homes to newer suburban subdivisions further inland. Combined with Rincon's climate — a climate shaped by coastal humidity and marsh terrain near Savannah, slightly less humid further inland around Macon — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
