German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Rio Verde's a low-desert climate defined by extreme summer heat and very little annual rainfall, punctuated by a short, intense monsoon season keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A dense mix of tract-built stucco homes on concrete slabs, ranging from 1970s ranch construction near the urban core to brand-new builds on the metro fringe.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
