Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Roby's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of historic hill-country homes and Springfield-area suburban development, many built into the region's hilly, karst terrain. Combined with Roby's climate — a climate that behaves somewhat like the upper South, with shorter, milder winters than Kansas City or St. Louis — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
