German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Rockwall's a hot, humid climate for much of the year, with brief but genuine winter cold snaps keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Slab-on-grade construction dominates here, built over the region's notoriously expansive Blackland Prairie clay.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
