German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Roll's an extreme low-desert climate along the Colorado River, with summer highs regularly exceeding 110-115°F and river-driven humidity spikes keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Riverfront and canal-adjacent recreational communities dominate the housing stock, built mostly of stucco and manufactured construction on concrete slabs.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
