Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Sebastopol's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of older wood-frame homes built into forested terrain and newer construction, most vulnerable to moisture given the persistently wet climate. Combined with Sebastopol's climate — a temperate rainforest climate typical of the redwood coast, wetter and cooler than almost anywhere else in the state — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
