German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Shannock's a four-season coastal climate with real winter cold, occasional nor'easters, and warm, humid summers keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Historic farmhouses and coastal cottages sit alongside newer construction, much of it on wooded or waterfront lots.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
