Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Slatersville's housing stock gives them exactly that. Dense triple-decker homes and older multi-family housing dominate, much of it built before 1940 with old plumbing, tight construction, and basements. Combined with Slatersville's climate — a four-season New England climate with real winter cold and snow, and warm, occasionally muggy summers — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
