Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Sublimity's housing stock gives them exactly that. Housing spans historic Willamette Valley farmhouses to newer suburban subdivisions, most built to handle sustained winter rainfall. Combined with Sublimity's climate — a mild four-season climate without harsh winter cold, but with genuinely wet conditions much of the year — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
