Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Tombstone's housing stock gives them exactly that. A blend of historic adobe construction, mid-century block homes, and newer manufactured or stucco housing spread across larger rural parcels. Combined with Tombstone's climate — a warm Sonoran Desert climate, somewhat milder than the Phoenix valley thanks to higher elevation, with a pronounced summer monsoon — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
