Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Tranquillity's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of historic agricultural-town homes and newer coastal and wine-country construction, most on slab foundations. Combined with Tranquillity's climate — a temperate coastal climate with minimal seasonal temperature swing, cooler than inland California in summer — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
