German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Walland's a humid subtropical climate moderated by elevation, with hot summers and colder winters than middle or west Tennessee keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A blend of historic rural construction and newer suburban homes, both shaped by the region's hilly, forested terrain.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
