Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Webb's housing stock gives them exactly that. Older wood-frame construction is common throughout the Delta, much of it on crawl spaces that trap moisture given the region's high water table. Combined with Webb's climate — a climate defined by heat and humidity for most of the year, moderated only slightly by mild Delta winters — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
