Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. West Roxbury's housing stock gives them exactly that. Historic wood-frame triple-deckers and colonial-era homes make up much of the older housing stock, alongside newer suburban construction. Combined with West Roxbury's climate — a climate shaped by coastal proximity, with genuine seasonal extremes typical of southern New England — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
