German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Willmar's a climate with some of the coldest winter temperatures in the lower 48, especially in the northern part of the state keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Older farmhouses and small-town homes, nearly all with full basements built to handle the region's extreme winter cold.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
