Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Willshire's housing stock gives them exactly that. Brick and wood-frame construction from the region's industrial era dominates, alongside newer suburban growth. Combined with Willshire's climate — a humid continental climate with hot, humid summers and winters milder than northern Ohio, given the region's more southern position — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
