American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Wood-frame homes dominate here, many older and built with crawl spaces vulnerable to the region's persistent winter moisture.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
