German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Woodson's a humid subtropical climate with hot, muggy summers, mild winters, and high year-round humidity typical of the Mississippi Delta keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. Housing here is a mix of older farmhouses and small-town ranch homes, with crawl-space foundations that are especially vulnerable to Delta humidity.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
