German cockroaches favor warm, humid spaces near food and water — kitchens, behind appliances, under sinks — and Woolford's a coastal climate with high humidity and a high water table typical of the Delmarva Peninsula keeps them active most of the year. American cockroaches, larger and reddish-brown, prefer basements, drains, and utility rooms. A mix of historic waterfront homes, farmhouses, and newer construction, many on crawl spaces given the high water table.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
