Cockroaches need three things to establish a colony: food, water, and warmth. Zellwood's housing stock gives them exactly that. A mix of older wood-frame homes and newer construction, with more traditional Southern-style housing than the concrete-block homes further south. Combined with Zellwood's climate — a climate that behaves more like the Deep South than the tropical peninsula, with real (if brief) cold snaps in winter — indoor cockroach pressure rarely lets up on its own.
Because sanitation and moisture are almost always part of the problem, our process pairs targeted gel-bait treatment with a review of what's drawing roaches in — a leak, exposed food storage, cluttered voids. Broadcast sprays just scatter a colony; bait placed at the harborage site eliminates it. A follow-up visit confirms results.
