Rodent pressure in Allardt tracks closely with the season and the housing stock. Older wood-frame construction is common throughout this Delta-adjacent region, much of it on crawl spaces given the high water table. A rodent problem rarely resolves with traps alone if the entry point stays open.
Our process treats rodent control as a sealing problem first and a trapping problem second. We inspect the full exterior for entry points, seal what we find, then use snap traps or tamper-resistant bait stations indoors to clear whatever is already inside. A follow-up visit verifies no new activity.
