Mice and rats are opportunists, and Dry Branch properties give them plenty of opportunity. A mix of historic homes in Savannah's and Macon's older districts and newer suburban development, many on crawl spaces given the high coastal water table. Once inside a wall void or attic space, they're difficult to remove without sealing the entry point that let them in.
We start with an inspection to find every entry point — gaps around utility lines, foundation cracks, vents, rooflines — since sealing those is what actually stops new rodents from getting in. Interior work combines snap traps and tamper-resistant bait stations, chosen based on the property and whether pets or children are present. A follow-up visit confirms activity has stopped.
