Rodent pressure in Eden tracks closely with the season and the housing stock. A mix of early-to-mid-20th-century mining-company housing, later ranch-style homes, and newer construction, often built into hillside terrain. A rodent problem rarely resolves with traps alone if the entry point stays open.
Our process treats rodent control as a sealing problem first and a trapping problem second. We inspect the full exterior for entry points, seal what we find, then use snap traps or tamper-resistant bait stations indoors to clear whatever is already inside. A follow-up visit verifies no new activity.
