Rodent pressure in Mahopac tracks closely with the season and the housing stock. Historic brownstones and brick rowhomes make up much of the older urban housing stock, alongside Long Island's tract-home suburbs. A rodent problem rarely resolves with traps alone if the entry point stays open.
Our process treats rodent control as a sealing problem first and a trapping problem second. We inspect the full exterior for entry points, seal what we find, then use snap traps or tamper-resistant bait stations indoors to clear whatever is already inside. A follow-up visit verifies no new activity.
