Rodent pressure in Mammoth Cave tracks closely with the season and the housing stock. Housing here is often built into hillside terrain, ranging from historic rural homes to more modest recent construction. A rodent problem rarely resolves with traps alone if the entry point stays open.
Our process treats rodent control as a sealing problem first and a trapping problem second. We inspect the full exterior for entry points, seal what we find, then use snap traps or tamper-resistant bait stations indoors to clear whatever is already inside. A follow-up visit verifies no new activity.
