Mice and rats are opportunists, and Monsey properties give them plenty of opportunity. Historic brownstones and brick rowhomes make up much of the older urban housing stock, alongside Long Island's tract-home suburbs. Once inside a wall void or attic space, they're difficult to remove without sealing the entry point that let them in.
We start with an inspection to find every entry point — gaps around utility lines, foundation cracks, vents, rooflines — since sealing those is what actually stops new rodents from getting in. Interior work combines snap traps and tamper-resistant bait stations, chosen based on the property and whether pets or children are present. A follow-up visit confirms activity has stopped.
