Mice and rats are opportunists, and Murphys properties give them plenty of opportunity. A mix of older farmworker and agricultural-town housing and newer suburban tract construction, most on slab foundations built for heat rather than cold. Once inside a wall void or attic space, they're difficult to remove without sealing the entry point that let them in.
Our process treats rodent control as a sealing problem first and a trapping problem second. We inspect the full exterior for entry points, seal what we find, then use snap traps or tamper-resistant bait stations indoors to clear whatever is already inside. A follow-up visit verifies no new activity.
