Mice and rats are opportunists, and Newell properties give them plenty of opportunity. Brick and frame construction from the steel era dominates, much of it built directly into the region's steep terrain. Once inside a wall void or attic space, they're difficult to remove without sealing the entry point that let them in.
Our process treats rodent control as a sealing problem first and a trapping problem second. We inspect the full exterior for entry points, seal what we find, then use snap traps or tamper-resistant bait stations indoors to clear whatever is already inside. A follow-up visit verifies no new activity.
