Mice and rats are opportunists, and Papillion properties give them plenty of opportunity. Housing here is largely newer suburban construction, reflecting the Omaha metro's steady population growth in recent decades. Once inside a wall void or attic space, they're difficult to remove without sealing the entry point that let them in.
Our process treats rodent control as a sealing problem first and a trapping problem second. We inspect the full exterior for entry points, seal what we find, then use snap traps or tamper-resistant bait stations indoors to clear whatever is already inside. A follow-up visit verifies no new activity.
